Customer Service Associate

 

Basic Duties: 

Customer Service by phone - Inbound Calls Only

Web customer orders, making and confirming reservations, communicate and update terminals on sales, general office and other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Proficient computer skills

Excellent Phone Etiquette and customer service

Communication Skills both written and verbal

Able to work unsupervised

Ability to work well with others and under pressure

Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

 

Pay Rate is $8.50-$9.00 DOE

Working hours between 6:00am-10:00pm

Monday-Sunday including holidays
