Interviews, assigns, and schedules personnel at the terminal.
Meets with employees regarding concerns and complaints relative to their job performance.
Oversees operations for the terminal.
Gathers and assists in gathering data as requested by management.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
Computer literate, including but not necessarily limited to, Word and Excel.
Good communication skills (oral and written), reading comprehension, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
A sense of urgency and timeliness coupled with a need to provide accurate, quality work.
Ability to work calmly under stressful conditions.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid Driverís License
Must be eligible for coverage under company insurance
Visual and audio acuity
Ability to communicate - English and Spanish preferred
Mobility and dexterity to the extent necessary to perform the duties listed above
Talking and listening
Climbing, sitting, stooping, walking, kneeling, standing for long periods of time, reaching and grasping, pushing and pulling
Use and exposure to hazardous materials or chemicals
Lifting frequency for luggage handling is light to heavy including luggage between 50-100 lbs.
