Each Adult ticket is entitled to 100 pounds of luggage
Each Child ticket is entitled to 50 pounds of luggage
Exception to above allowances: Family Express members
In the event of excess luggage, a per pound fee (*link) will be charged. Please be advised that passengers wishing to travel with more luggage than allowed may have excess luggage sent on a different departure time from their scheduled departure.
A claim ticket is required for all checked luggage. Claim ticket(s) must be shown to claim all checked in luggage. It is recommended that all luggage be labeled with a name, address and contact number.
Carry On Luggage
Each passenger may carry-on aboard the bus one (1) bag that weighs no more than twenty-five (25) pounds, which must fit either in the overhead bin or under the seat in which the ticketed passenger occupies. Additional bags may be allowed depending on space availability.
Interstate Luggage Liability
El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. will not be responsible for, and will not be held liable for, any loss or damage to checked luggage.
Subject to tariff regulations. Not responsible for damage or loss of luggage in excess of $250 unless greater value is declared and excess value charges paid. Value should be equally distributed among all luggage, and in case of loss, a fraction of the $250.00 shall be paid proportionately. Seating aboard the vehicles operated in interstate of Foreign Commerce is without regard to Race, Color, Creed or National Origin. All luggage is subject to inspection and items with additional insurance purchased may be inspected for contents.
Claim luggage promptly upon arrival at each destination. All unclaimed luggage follows the guidelines below:
· Seven (7) days after arrival date: subject to storage fees
· Thirty (30) days after arrival date: all items will be warehoused and will be subject to warehousing and storage fees.
· Sixty (60) days after arrival date: all items become sole property of the carrier
Government Regulations and Carrier's Tariffs require that all Luggage must be properly identified. Luggage should clearly show the name and address to which lost luggage should be returned to. Additionally, the passenger's name and address must be on the inside of all luggage. El Paso – Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc is not responsible for luggage detained by US or Mexican Customs. Neither assumes or accepts any liability for lost, damaged, breakage, and/or deterioration of any articles paraphernalia that is being transported. El Paso – Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. does not provide luggage tags for travel.
Even though EPLA does its best to send luggage on the same bus with its owner, depending on space availability and other factors, occasionally luggage may not travel on the same bus. If this was to occur, it almost always travels on the same day.
